DESCRIPCIÓN Y APLICACIONES:

An air hardening, high-performance electrode with a basic coating, depositing C-Cr-Mn-Ni-Mo-V alloy to weld steels of high tensile strength and toughness. Typical uses are reclamation and repair of castings, cylinders, hollow shafts, piping and various types of rolls. Preheat at 100⁰C to 150⁰C ahead of welding and keep IPT between 180⁰ to 250⁰C to form a better microstructure. A PWHT of 2hrs at 750⁰C is recommended to improve elongation and toughness.
