STAVITRODE A 58

DESCRIPTION ET APPLICATIONS :

STAVITRODE A 58 is a heavily coated hardfacing electrode of high efficiency, with 170 % recovery. It is chosen where parts face heavy mineral abrasion together with moderate impact, medium shocks and compression, and where moisture or wet conditions are present.

Slag is almost absent from the weld metal.

Before surfacing over old claddings, lay down a buffer layer of 646 CNM.

Typical jobs include coke-oven slides, conveyer worms, concrete pumps, agitator arms, mixer blades and pump bodies.

UNIQUE FEATURES :
