DESCRIPTION : STAVINOX MIG 318 is a solid MIG welding wire of the G 19 12 3 Nb type, supplied precision layer wound. It deposits a C-19Cr12Ni2.5Mo weld metal stabilized with Niobium and works with Ar+2%O2 or Ar+0.5…5%CO2 mixed shielding gases. It is used to weld 316Ti and 316Nb stainless steels and serves many applications, including pipe, plate and vessel fabrication. The weld metal strongly resists crevice corrosion from oxidising acids, and the higher silicon raises weld pool fluidity for a smooth deposit appearance.

SIZE RANGE : 0.60 mm to 1.60 mm (0.025” to 0.062”)

FINISH : Bright Finish, Matte Finish, Semi Bright/Matte Finish
