STAVINOX HARD OA 76

This product is an open arc self-shielded flux cored wire that contains high levels of complex carbides, ideal for use in extreme abrasive and erosive conditions at high temperatures. The resulting deposits are smooth, flat, and hard, reducing the need for finishing, and can withstand temperatures of up to 650°C.

The alloy base is made up of C, Cr, Mo, Nb, V, W, and B, and has a typical hardness range of 63-65 HRc.

This product is suitable for use in a variety of applications, including sinter handling equipment, sinter stars, knife bars, coke pusher shoes, clinker conveyor chains, hot slag buckets, augers, clinker breaker hammers, and blast furnace bells.

 

 

PACKING :

For the 1.6mm wire size, it is available in spool packing with a weight of 15kg.

For the 2.4mm wire size, it is available in three different packaging options: spool packing with a weight of 15kg or 25kg, and drum packing with a weight of 225kg.

For the 2.8mm wire size, it is also available in spool packing with a weight of 15kg or 25kg, as well as drum packing with a weight of 225kg.
