DESCRIPCIÓN Y APLICACIONES:

Choose it when maximum ductility is needed in joining dissimilar steels to themselves or to stainless steels and manganese steels. It also works excellently as a cushion layer in tool steel hardfacing, where the final overlays should not pick up high hardness.

CARACTERÍSTICAS ÚNICAS:

• Strongly recommended for joining hard to weld steels.
• Its moisture resistant coating gives sound, porosity free deposits.
• The slag removes itself.
• A versatile electrode that joins dissimilar steels, austenitic to ferritic steel and carbon steels to stainless steels, and serves for buffer layers and austenitic cladding.
• Weldability is superior, even out of position.
• Temperature & corrosion resistance are good.
• Niobium stablised, it resists intergranular corrosion and keeps its mechanical properties in service at high temperature upto 1000°C.
