STAVITRODO A 93
DESCRIPCIÓN Y APLICACIONES:
STAVITRODE A 93 has a rutile coating and an alloyed core, and can be welded on AC. It is intended for joining corrosion-proof, highly heat-proof & non-scaling CrNi- steels in service at up to 1100° C.
Besides this, it joint welds Cr-, CrSi-, and CrAl steels and claddings low alloy base metals. Hot-cracking & chemical corrosion are strongly resisted by the weld metal alloy.
It is used chiefly for furnace-construction, fittings and pipelines.
CARACTERÍSTICAS ÚNICAS:
- Temperature should be held as low as possible while welding; on ferritic base materials, anneal to 250 0C and temper after welding to 700 0C.
