DESCRIÇÃO :

Rich in complex carbides, this open arc flux cored wire (self-shielded) targets heavy abrasive & erosive wear in hot service. Deposits that are hard, smooth & flat need little finishing, and they remain resistant at temperatures upto 650°C.

Base de liga metálica: C, Cr, Mo, Nb, V, W, B

Dureza (típica): 63- 65 HRc

ÁREAS DE APLICAÇÃO PRINCIPAIS:

Blast furnace bells, hot slag buckets and augers, together with clinker breaker hammers and clinker conveyor chains. In the sinter plant, use it on sinter star, knife bars, coke pusher shoes and other sinter handling equipments.

EMBALAGEM:

Tamanho 1,6 mm: Fornecido em bobinas de 15 kg.

Tamanho 2,4 mm: Escolha entre bobinas de 15 kg e 25 kg ou tambores de 225 kg.

Tamanho 2,8 mm: Escolha entre bobinas de 15 kg e 25 kg ou tambores de 225 kg.
