DESCRIPTION :

Rich in complex carbides, this open arc flux cored wire (self-shielded) targets heavy abrasive & erosive wear in hot service. Deposits that are hard, smooth & flat need little finishing, and they remain resistant at temperatures upto 650°C.

Alloy Base : C, Cr, Mo, Nb, V, W, B

Hardness (Typical) : 63- 65 HRc

KEY APPLICATIONS AREAS :

Blast furnace bells, hot slag buckets and augers, together with clinker breaker hammers and clinker conveyor chains. In the sinter plant, use it on sinter star, knife bars, coke pusher shoes and other sinter handling equipments.

PACKING :

Size 1.6 mm : supplied on 15 kg spools

Size 2.4 mm : choose between 15 kg and 25 kg spools, or 225 kg drums

Size 2.8 mm : choose between 15 kg and 25 kg spools, or 225 kg drums
