WONDER GEL - STAIN-O-KLEAN-160 : A Low-fuming Pickling Paste for Stainless Steel

DESCRIPTION :

• STAIN-O-KLEAN-160 is a specialised chemical that removes heat tint, weld discolouration, oxide scale and rust from every series of stainless steel.
• It is meant for standard applications such as:
• Standard steel grades such as 304, 308, 316, 316L…
• Nickel and copper-nickel alloys
• Pickling at temperatures from 10–40°C.

ADVANTAGES :

• Renews damaged stainless steel surfaces such as weld seams by taking off weld oxides, the chromium-depleted layer beneath them and other defects that can lead to local corrosion.
• Contains no chlorides or sulfuric acid, so there is no risk of corrosive damage to the steel.
• Contains no abrasives, so the surface finish is not damaged.
• Gives a better pickling result, with a brighter surface and less discolouration than conventional products.
