DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS :

Designed for single-pass welding at high speed and high current, this electrode handles flat-position groove welds, horizontal lap joints and fillet welds on sheet metal. Because travel speeds are higher, the bead surface tends to be more convex and less even. It was developed for fixing roof decking to support beans, and for jobs needing burn-through spot welds with full penetration. It can also go onto steels that are difficult to clean, including painted, greasy, galvanized or plated material, and onto square edge butt joints.
