DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS :

Electrode of special design in which a well balanced alloy mix lays a martensitic weld deposit, for extra tough tooling in both hot and cold work. No heat treatment is required, so it can be used as welded.

Ideal for repairing and reclaiming press dies, screw press dies and impactor dies. It further suits cold forming jobs such as blanking dies, forming dies and automotive trim section.

• Chrome-nickel-moly –vanadium-tungsten protection.
• Wear behaviour is excellent.
• Soft fusion, and slag that releases itself.
• Deposits do not crack easily.
