DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS :

This electrode gives a semi-hard deposit that can be machined, for rebuilding and surfacing work. The weld metal is dense and withstands deformation, compression and high impact. It is laid as a cushion layer before hard facing, and for building up worn parts such as rails, drive sprockets, gear teeth, chains and wheels.

UNIQUE FEATURES :

• A very tough alloy, for underlayments or for medium hard tough overlays.
• Machinability is excellent.
• Performs particularly well when welding in vertical and horizontal positions.
