DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS :

This electrode, with 160% recovery, hard faces parts exposed to mineral abrasion, compression and medium impact. Its deposit has an outstanding appearance and is extremely smooth and dense.

Recommended for agricultural and mining equipment, crushers and endless transportation screws; it is also the final layer over A 25 on dredger teeth.

It guards the majority of iron base surfaces against moderate impact and severe abrasive wear.

Suitable for excavating and crushing equipment, including excavator teeth, ploughshares, lumps break, ores crushing, mineral crushing installations, screw presses for bricks, endless screws, mixer blades, concrete pumps and pump bodies handling abrasive materials.

It also performs well on cane cutting knives, crushing mills, buckets, dredgers, coal crushing hammers, fibrizer hammers, pump bodies, screw conveyors & mixer parts, concrete pumps, agitator areas & coke – oven slides…
