DESCRIPTION :

An open arc, self-shielded continuous wire that withstands friction and compression well and is suited to multilayer build-up. It machines easily and resists deformation.

Alloy Base : Si, Mn, Cr, Mo

Hardness (Typical) : 280- 325 BHN

KEY APPLICATIONS AREAS :

Typical jobs are crane wheels and rail links, plus drive sprockets, gear teeth and gear links. Because the deposit is semi hard and machinable, it is a good fit for rebuilding and surfacing work.

PACKING :

Size 1.6 mm : supplied on 15 kg spools

Size 2.4 mm : choose between 15 kg and 25 kg spools, or 225 kg drums

Size 2.8 mm : choose between 15 kg and 25 kg spools, or 225 kg drums
