STAVINOX Stanhard OA 44

DESCRIPTION :

A self-shielded open arc continuous wire for build-up and hard surfacing, with strong resistance to impact and compression. Parts made of manganese steel can be welded with it, giving a tough, non-magnetic, crack-free deposit.

Alloy Base : C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni

Hardness (Typical) : 200-230 BHN as deposited, rising to 450-BHN after workhardened

KEY APPLICATIONS AREAS :

Choose it for build-up and hard surfacing where impact and compression are heavy, and for welding manganese steel parts. The deposit is tough, crack-free and non-magnetic.

PACKING :

Size 1.6 mm : supplied on 15 kg spools

Size 2.4 mm : choose between 15 kg and 25 kg spools, or 225 kg drums

Size 2.8 mm : choose between 15 kg and 25 kg spools, or 225 kg drums
