STAVINOX Stanhard OA 40

DESCRIPTION :

Continuous wire of the self-shielded open arc type, applied to joining and hard surfacing, with strong resistance to impact and compression. The weld deposit is fully austenitic, handles impact well and withstands spalling and galling, and cracking is rarely a concern.

Alloy Base : Si, Mn, Cr, Ni

Hardness (Typical) : 180-200 BHN as deposited, rising to 450-BHN after workhardened

KEY APPLICATIONS AREAS :

Forged /alloyed sprockets, crusher mantle and coke crushers are further candidates. The main use, however, is on crushers, wobblers hammers, impactor and impactor arms, plus dozer blades, shovels and other heavy earth moving equipments.

PACKING :

Size 1.6 mm : supplied on 15 kg spools

Size 2.4 mm : choose between 15 kg and 25 kg spools, or 225 kg drums

Size 2.8 mm : choose between 15 kg and 25 kg spools, or 225 kg drums

Size 1.6 mm : supplied on 15 kg spools
