DESCRIPTION :

Open arc, self-shielded flux cored wire made for severe abrasion and corrosion that come with moderate impact. A high percentage of carbides in the deposit lets it acquire a high polish in service & lowers friction. The wire also withstands friction and compression strongly, is suitable for multilayer build-up, machines well and resists deformation.

Alloy Base : C, Si, Cr, Mn

Hardness (Typical) :57-60 HRc

KEY APPLICATIONS AREAS :

Typical parts include mill hammers and mill guides, bucket teeth, dozer blades, agitators and mixer blades, together with wear plates, mantles, conveyor screws and crusher parts.

PACKING :

Size 1.6 mm : supplied on 15 kg spools

Size 2.4 mm : choose between 15 kg and 25 kg spools, or 225 kg drums

Size 2.8 mm : choose between 15 kg and 25 kg spools, or 225 kg drums
