STAVINOX Stanhard OA 50

DESCRIPTION :

A crack free, self-shielded open arc flux cored wire. It stands up to impact, metal to metal wear and abrasion.

Hardness (Typical) : 48-52 HRc

UNIQUE FEATURES :

• The deposit stays crack free across multiple layers.
• Resists tempering and offers good crack resistance.
• Welds easily and the slag detaches cleanly.

KEY APPLICATIONS AREAS :

In the wood pulp industry it protects bed knives and anvil. Steel plants use it for hard surfacing wire drawing drums. Other hard facing jobs include bulldozer blades, shovel bucket teeth and lips, asphalt mixer blades, agricultural tools, cane knives and shredders, and crusher cylinders, hammers, mantels and gyratory crusher mantles.

PACKING :

Size 1.6 mm : supplied on 15 kg spools

Size 2.4 mm : choose between 15 kg and 25 kg spools, or 225 kg drums

Size 2.8 mm : choose between 15 kg and 25 kg spools, or 225 kg drums
