DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS :

This ferritic-austenitic electrode is a high strength, multipurpose choice for repair welding of alloy and high-alloy-steels, tool-steels, stainless steels and dissimilar assemblies.

With high mechanical properties and an excellent welding performance, it is ideal when repairing armour plates, shafts, crane booms, chains, dies, moulds, drill bits, spring plates, tools and similar parts.

Exceptional strength and crack resistance make it ideal for repairs on tools, dies, spring steel and any dissimilar metal combinations, except for the aluminum and copper alloys. Worn parts can be rebuilt with it too, and it is advised as an underlay for hardfacing.

• Deposit chemistry is engineered around the perfect ratio of metallics, so crack resistance is far superior to any other brand.
• Tensile strength is ultra high, and so are the elongation values.
• Its special flux formulation eliminates slag interference in horizontal fillets.
