STAVITRODE A 50
DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS :
An AC-DC tin bronze electrode that also serves as an electric brazing rod.
Use it to join many different copper base alloys to each other, and also to steels and cast irons.
Welding technique: first remove surface contamination around the weld area, then keep a short arc gap and fill in craters before extinguishing the arc.
International specifications: DIN 1733 EL-CuSnB, DIN 8555 E30-UM-100-CNR and AWS/ASME IIC SFA 5.6 E CuSn-C.
UNIQUE FEATURES :
- A bronze electrode with very good AC performance.
- It joins copper base alloys to one another and equally well to stainless steel, cast iron and steels.
- Weld in the flat position.
- Use DC straight (-) or AC.
